Careful Tenant Screening

·    Thorough tenant application processing

·    Credit report

·    Income and job verification

·    Owner approval of all applications if requested

 

Rental Income

·    Receive rent from tenant by mail or personal payment

·    Post rents into computer

·    Run delinquency list on 6th of the month

 

Maintenance

·    Tenant calls us for all repair requests

·    Maintain maintenance log on all properties

·    High quality maintenance with follow-up

·    Use of licensed and insured contractors only

·    Timely response to repair requests

·    24 hour Emergency Service

 

Computerized Accounting

·    Detailed monthly statements & original receipts for all
expenses are provided

·    Year-end 1099 statements for tax purposes

·    We pay if authorized- mortgages, insurance, taxes, utilities,
etc. for you

·    Documents are prepared and faxed to attorney to start eviction
process between 15th & 20th of the month

·    We go to court on owner’s behalf
