Payments

    All rental payments should be mailed or dropped by our offices at:
            MKB Realtors
            Attn:  Property Management
            3801 Electric Road SW
            Roanoke, VA  24018

            *a white box labeled "MKB Property Management can be found on
              the back of our building for rental payments

    Rent is due on the 1st of the month and is late after the 5th.
    Rent must be in our offices by the 5th, not postmarked.
        *10% late fee for payment received after the 5th.
        *$50 charge for returned checks.

Office Hours

    MKB Property Management office hours are:
        Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm (closed 1-2pm for lunch)

    MKB Realtors hours are (to drop off rent):
        Monday-Friday, 8:30am - 8:30pm
        Saturday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
        Sunday, 1:00pm - 5:00pm

Maintenance Report

    Please refer to your "Maintenance Instructions" form
    before making any maintenance requests.

    Emergency requests can be handled by calling
    (540) 989-4555 ext. 289.  PLEASE LISTEN TO
    THE ENTIRE MESSAGE, otherwise your call
    will not be returned.

    If you are a current tenant and wish to give a maintenance
    request, please fill out the following form. All boxes must be
    filled out to receive quickest response.
